By booking with Monarch Creative Studios, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms, Conditions & Policies, which will be provided for your review and signature prior to your session. Loyalty sessions must be redeemed with 90 days of issuance. Google reviews are limited to 2 loyalty points per session. Post collabs are limited to 1 collab post per session to qualify for a loyalty point. Monarch Creative Studios, LLC has the right to change the terms of conditions of this program at any time. All loyalty points and rewards are issued at the sole discretion of Monarch Creative Studios, LLC. We reserve the right to deny, withhold, or revoke points if we suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorized program activity. Loyalty points have no cash value. Renter is responsible for redeeming their loyalty session within the 90 day time frame. Please communicate with the studio if any reviews, bookings or collabs are done under your clients profile so we can properly update your points.
